Animation backgrounds

I stumbled across this cool blog a few years ago when researching the work of illustrator Mary Blair. It features hundreds of images of beautifully rendered backgrounds from years of animated films. The blog is still up, though the creator, Bob Richards stopped posting in 2010. Bob is now considering picking up where he left off, so be sure to visit and vote "yes".
